Which lounges can I use with my Pass?
Every lounge carries a pass badge. A pass works at lounges in its own tier and in all cheaper tiers, so a Pass 29.9 also opens every Pass 9.9 and Pass 19.9 lounge.
What if my plans change?
Unused passes are refundable. You can change the lounge or the traveller name any time before the pass is used. Passes are valid for 365 days from purchase.
What do I show at the lounge?
Once a pass is linked to a lounge and has a traveller name, you get a QR voucher. Show it with a same-day boarding pass at reception. Entry is subject to the lounge's capacity, opening hours and house rules.
Do I need a membership or a premium ticket?
No. Anyone flying that day can use a Pass, whatever the airline or cabin class.
Which currency will I pay in?
