About this lounge
Softlanding Concierge Lounge is a landside lounge at Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, located in the main terminal before security next to the prayer room. Designed as a more personalised premium space, it combines lounge comfort with concierge-style support and offers seating for up to 16 guests, Wi-Fi, refreshments, a business-friendly setting, and a private meeting room for small groups. It is best suited to travellers who want a comfortable place to organise themselves before heading airside.
