About this lounge
Airside on the second floor of Terminal 2, this open-plan lounge operates around the clock for international departures. The self-service buffet offers hot and cold selections such as rice, chicken, vegetables, pastries, fruit, cheese, and yogurt. The full spread is halal. Hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks are available. Armchairs line the floor-to-ceiling windows, which overlook the terminal concourse, and a dining area with tables sits toward the centre of the room. A smoking room is available within the lounge. The space is calm throughout most of the day and suits travellers wanting a hot meal and a quiet seat before their departure from Alexandria.
