The Shongololo Lounge - named after the Zulu word for millipede - stands out for its quirky design and distinctly South African character. Its layout has privacy in mind, with a main dining area and multiple seating areas. The self-service hot-and-cold buffet is the main draw. Hot dishes could include chicken chasseur, ribs and rice, with cold options such as sandwiches, fruit, and sushi. South African red and white wines, beer, spirits, soft drinks, juices and espresso machines round out the drinks. Showers are available in the lounge but they may be a waitlist, so reserving a shower appointment as you arrive at the lounge could be a good idea.
