My Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3 offers a completely reimagined space with Scandinavian, loft-inspired design and a laid-back vibe, perfect for solo travellers, friends, or families. Formerly Club Aspire (World's Leading Airport Lounge 2022-2024), this casual and playful lounge features runway views across the Terminal 3 airfield, cosy corners, a TV snug, and games for entertainment. The help-yourself buffet service includes a full breakfast offering with sausages, eggs, bacon, pastries, freshly made pancakes and cereals in the morning, plus hot dishes, grazing snacks and sweet treats in the afternoon, alongside a selection of coffees, juices and teas from drinks stations. How to find it
Airside - after Security. Follow signs to Gates 1-42 and for 'All Airline Lounges'. Bear left and continue to follow signs for ‘All Airline Lounges’. Turn left and follow signs to Gates 1-22 and 'Airline Lounges B-J', then turn left towards Gate 9. The lounge is signposted as ‘Lounge D’ and is located on the right-hand side.
