How to find it
Landside - from the Terminal 4 public arrivals/departures area, follow signs for the lifts or escalators down to Floor -1. The entrance to Aerotel Madrid / The Hub is on Floor -1, near the public transport and car park access area. Look for the Aerotel Madrid signage.
Good to know
This pass includes shower access (subject to availability). Please ask the lounge staff on arrival to reserve a slot.
The Hub is located landside, and you do not need to pass through security to access it. It can be used before departure or after arrival, provided you are in Terminal 4.
