Changi Lounge at Jewel is a tranquil, living-room-style space with abundant power outlets, portable laptop tables and high-speed Wi-Fi.
This lounge is ideal for passengers checking in early for their flights, as well as those looking for a meal and a shower after arriving in Singapore.
Unlimited light snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks are available, including coffee, tea, soft drinks, pastries, sandwiches and fresh fruit. Freshly prepared hot meals such as laksa, chilli crab or a dim sum platter, and alcoholic beverages including Singaporean Brewerkz craft beer on tap, are available to order (subject to additional fee).
Travelers can freshen up in well-equipped shower suites with linens and toiletries provided. For rest or work, there are tech-enabled nap pods and private meeting rooms that can be booked for an extra charge.

如何前往
Landside - the lounge is located in the Jewel, after Arrival Immigration on Level 1, near Lift Lobby E, opposite the Early Check-in counters. Please allow sufficient time to reach the Departure Gate, as you will need to clear immigration and security after leaving the lounge.
注意事項
Due to refurbishment works of shower area, shower facilities will not be available from 01 August 2026 until end of November 2026. There may be some noise disruption during this period.
Access via AILounge99 will provide you with one complimentary hot meal per person, free shower access, and additional non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.
Children under 3 are admitted free with an adult.
Conference rooms, nap pods, and à la carte menu items beyond your complimentary allowance are subject to payment.
All guests are required to show a boarding pass for a same-day departing or arriving flight travel for access to the lounge.
